The organisation and regulation of the Argentine diplomatic corps, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With chapters on the organisation of the diplomatic corps, appointments, the principle functions of diplomatic agents, their salaries, the duties and powers of the chiefs of Legation, the duties of the Secretary and other employees of the Legation offices, the cessation of diplomatic missions, and general provisions. Followed by 'Comentarios al Proyecto de Organizacion y reglamento del cuerpo diplomatico Argentino', with comments on the above chapters, and 'Dictámen de la Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores sobre este proyecto', signed Antero Carrasco, dated Buenos Aires, 4 June 1880
