Review of the law passed on 19 September 1829, which moved families and their property from the Argentine countryside into the deserted areas outside the former borders of the republic, and offered them residence in an 'estancia'. Includes a historical summary, followed by 'Suertes de estancias del azul cuestionadas por antiguos enfiteutas y arrendatarios de data reciente, con infraccion de disposiciones vigentes'. Dated 10 February 1864
